HOMEWORK

The Caldwell Parish School Board has established the following limits for homework:

1. Elementary teachers (K-6) may assign up to ten (10) math problems each night for daily practice and review.  Grades K-2 overviews with daily classroom assignments will continue.  Study for tests is not considered homework.
    

2. Secondary grades (7-12) will have no homework assigned that is due the next day, except in mathematics.  Special projects and papers which require extensive research will continue to be assigned and include sufficient time for the research and writing to be accomplished.
