SCHOOL ATTORNEY

The Caldwell Parish School Board recognizes that the increasing complexity of school systems' operations frequently requires procurement of professional legal services.  Consequently, it shall rely on the District Attorney for purposes of systematically securing such services.  The primary function is to provide professional legal counsel and representation to the Board and Superintendent.  However, the Board may employ a qualified attorney to provide consultation and assistance to the Board in important legal matters.
