CALDWELL PARISH SCHOOL BOARD CORPORATE IDENTITY

The Caldwell Parish School Board corporate seal, logo, and all school logos may not be used without the express permission of the School Board.  Logos, names, and any other trademarks of the School Board are owned by the system and are trademarked.  The appearance of the Board’s logo on any publication or internet site implies endorsement by the School Board of this publication or the program presented therein. For these reasons, any use of any logos, names, or trademarks of the School Board shall require approval from the director of the department who uses the logo on a publication or internet site.

When any individual or other entity maintains a Facebook page claiming to represent the Caldwell Parish School Board, the School District or any public school in Caldwell Parish, the owner or manager of that page may not use the name in any form of Caldwell Parish School Board, Caldwell Parish School District, or any of its schools (Caldwell Parish High School, Caldwell Parish Junior High School, Columbia Elementary, Union Central Elementary, Grayson Elementary, and Caldwell Parish Pre-K Center.) 

In order to maintain the integrity of the system’s graphic identity, all business cards, stationery and ID badges used by district-level employees shall adhere to the logo adopted by the Board.  An electronic format of the logo shall be provided to employees who wish to use this format.  All materials must follow the guidelines adopted by the Board with respect to the colors and the proportions used in the logo.
